Muse win best album artwork award for 'The Resistance'

Manic Street Preachers, Massive Attack also fare well

Muse have won the Best Art Vinyl 2010 award for the artwork for their latest album, 'The Resistance'.

The artwork, designed by La Boca, was voted the best album cover of the past year by the public, pipping Manic Street Preachers, Fever Ray and Massive Attack to the title.

The Manics' 'Journal For Plague Lovers' was voted second best album cover, Fever Ray's self-titled debut came in third, while Massive Attack's 'Splitting The Atom' (actually an EP) was fourth.
