Muse fans have been giving their verdict on the band's new song 'Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever)' after it was released yesterday (May 17).

The single is the lead song from the forthcoming soundtrack to 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' film soundtrack, set for release on June 7.

Since yesterday Muse fans have been posting their verdicts on the album on our special blog at NME.com/Muse.

Reaction to the song has been mixed. NME.COM user Sarah wrote: "I really like it, think its a good powerful love song which Muse are good at. It took a few times to listen to it before it grew on me, but definitely think it's good."

JayJay, meanwhile, wrote: "I really don't like this song, I'm a huge Muse fan, but this just isn't them."

Josh Elwood wrote: "Well, it's strange but perhaps that's because it's Muse with a love song. Yes it seems like they were a bit lazy, but a close listen shows they put effort into this, and it certainly seems like something that could grow on you easily."
