Muse have announced that they will play a show with Rage Against The Machine in Los Angeles this summer.

The band will also be joined by Rise Against, Immortal Technique and El Gran Silencio for the gig at the Memorial Coliseum on July 30.

Muse, who be headlining the Reading And Leeds Festivals this August, confirmed they would be joining the Los Angeles bill line-up via a message on their website, Tickets go on sale this Friday (May 13).

As previously reported the trio are planning to play their 2001 album 'Origin Of Symmetry' in its entirety at this year's Reading And Leeds Festivals. Frontman Matt Bellamy has said that the show, which will mark the 10-year anniversary of the album's release, would be the final time some of their songs will be played live and will see them "drawing a line under one phase of our career".
