A$AP Rocky joined Danny Brown onstage during the Detroit rapper’s Eminem support slot at Wembley Stadium on Saturday (July 12).

Eminem played the second of his record-breaking shows at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, making him the first hip-hop artist to perform headline shows at the venue. As with his first performance on Friday, there were around 80,000 people in attendance at the sold-out gig, and Slim Shady was once again joined by former mentor Dr Dre.

The rapper joined Marshall Mathers during his history-making set for three songs. Appearing midway through the gig, the pair performed ‘Still Dre’, ‘Nuthin’ But A ‘G’ Thang’ and ‘Forget About Dre’ together. The latter was a hit single when the pair released it in 2001. A full report of Friday’s gig can be found here.

Despite the successes of the nights, there were complaints on both evenings about the sound quality in the stadium. Loudest of all was The Telegraph’s live review, which suggested attendees would be within their rights to ask for a refund, while numberous Twitter users had also complained about the sound system. A request by NME for comment from promoters Metropolis had not been answered at the time of publication.
