Tragedy strikes in Belgium on the opening show of the rock legends' European tour...
An AC/DC fan died as a result of injuries sustained in a fall during the band’s first date of the European leg of their world tour in the Belgian town of GHENT on Saturday (October 14).
The man is said to have climbed onto a chair during the one of the rockers’ encores before slipping and falling some 13 metres onto a concrete floor below. He died later in hospital.
A spokesperson for the venue, Ghent’s Flander’s Expo Centre confirmed this morning that the tragedy had happened but had no further available details.
