Makers of forthcoming film ‘The Secret Service’ eye Adele for debut acting role

Director Matthew Vaughn is reportedly keen to get singer on board for new movie

Adele is reportedly in line to make a cameo appearance in a new movie which will also feature guest roles for David Beckham and Elton John.

Hollywood actors Colin Firth and Michael Caine will star in The Secret Service next year, and director Matthew Vaughn is reportedly lining up a number of big name cameo appearances in order to boost the film’s hopes at the box office. One of the prospective guest stars is Adele, whom the team behind the film reportedly want to add to the big name cast in the role of a villain.

The Sun reports that director Vaughn thinks the hugely successful singer will prove “great value on the big screen” for the film, which is an adaptation of Kick Ass author Mark Millar’s comic book of the same name.
