NME.COM today kicks off our NME CARLING AWARD TOUR coverage, as four of the fastest rising stars in the country – JJ72, Amen, Alfie and Starsailor – board the legendary BratBus for 12 days on the road rocking the length and breadth of Britain.
Over the next two weeks, we will be on hand to bring all the news, reviews and insider gossip, as we go on the road with the bands, in the run-up to our NME CARLING AWARDS on February 6 at The Arches in London.
As well as the news as it happens and top reviews, we will have our cameras on board the bus to show you what really goes on behind the scenes, we will be webcasting the London Astoria show, and joining the bands backstage at our eight-night Astoria extravaganza, and bringing some of the bands online for webchats.
We will also be bringing you excellent packages of features, video interviews and webcasts from artists, including Lo-Fidelity Allstars and Papa Roach, plus full coverage from all the club nights with Bugged Out and the Big Beat Boutique, and next week unveilng news of our Celebrity NME Carling Cup footie match where the rock and pop elite will take on famous footballers.
