The band say they intend to honour Bryan Ottoson's memory...

AMERICAN HEAD CHARGE have vowed to continue following the death of guitarist BRYAN OTTOSON.

As previously reported, the guitarist was found on the band’s tour bus before a show in North Charleston last week.

In a statement on the band’s official website, the group have outlined their future plans. The statement reads: “The music world has lost a great guitarist and an even greater person with the death of our dear friend Bryan Ottoson.

”Bryan was a vital member of our group and a key songwriter on ’The Feeding’. It is our intention to honour his memory by re-joining Mudvayne, one of Bryan’s favourite bands, on the current tour.

”Words cannot convey the depth of our sadness, but we want our fans to be able to hear the music Bryan loved so much. He’d be pissed if we didn’t continue on.”

Cause of death is as yet undetermined pending an autopsy.

The band have been on the road in North America with other bands including Mudvayne, Bloodsimple and Life of Agony.
