Singer has apparently cancelled recording sessions in Bahamas
Amy Winehouse has reportedly cancelled recording sessions with producer Saleem Remi, with sources suggesting that she will not release a new album until 2009.
According to The Sun, Winehouse had been booked to fly to the Bahamas to begin working on her third album with Remi, who produced her 2003 debut album ‘Frank’.
However, Winehouse reportedly pulled the plug on the sessions shortly before she was scheduled to fly out.
The newspaper quotes an anonymous source as saying: “The album was planned for late 2008, but her label is now privately admitting it’s unlikely to happen until 2009.”
