Arctic Monkeys get exhibited

And they’re not the only ones

Photos of the Arctic Monkeys are set to go on display at an exhibition of NME photographer Dean Chakley’s photos.

The exhibition, entitled Now Stand Tall! Icons of the New Sonic Generation also includes portraits of Pete Doherty,Franz Ferdinand, Razorlight,The White Stripes, The Strokes, The Streets, Dirty Pretty Things and The Raconteurs.

The exhibition, which ran in London earlier this year, will move to the Snap Galleriesin Birmingham on July 27, and runs until October 7.

Chakley won the Getty Images/ Fuji Professional sponsored Picture Editors Award for Portrait Photographer of the Year for his NME cover shot of Noel Gallagher sipping tea.
