Group member AJ McLean is still receiving treatment for depression...
BACKSTREET BOYS have postponed more dates on their North American tour so group member AJ McLEAN can receive further medical treatment.
As previously reported on NME.COM, Backstreet Boys postponed a series of live dates to allow McLean to receive treatment for depression.
Now, according to MTV news in the US, McLean has extended his stay in rehab.
Speaking in a statement, bandmate Kevin Richardson said: ‘”AJ’s initial treatment is going very well. His doctors have suggested it would be in AJ’s best interest to take an additional two weeks in transitional care.”
The tour will now start on August 24 in Milwaukee with the newly postponed shows now taking place in October.
