Scottish rockers headline John Peel Stage
Before bursting onto the stage with ‘Saturday Superhouse’, the band played the rapper’s hit ’99 Problems’ as their intro music.
The devoted crowd also witnessed another airing of all-new single ‘Mountains’ alongside a set of songs spanning their entire career.
At one point, a fan waved a trumpet into the air, prompting frontman Simon Neil to ask for the instrument to be passed forward so he could play it.
However, when the instrument arrived onstage, the impromptu jam never happened, and the trumpet was returned to its owner.
It’s been a surreal weekend for Biffy, having last night supported US rock legends Bon Jovi at London‘s Twickenham Stadium.
Biffy Clyro played:
‘Who’s Got A Match’
‘A Whole Child Ago’
‘Love Has A Diameter’
‘My Recovery Injection’
‘Get Fucked, Stud’
‘Now I’m Everyone’
‘Living Is A Problem Because Everything Dies’
‘Glitter and Trauma’
‘As Dust Dances’
