West also co-produced the single
Big Sean has released an American football-themed video for his latest single ‘I Don’t Fuck With You’ featuring Kanye West as the passionate team coach.
The video is set during a high school football game with Sean himself playing the quarterback. Other cameos include rapper E-40 (who contributes a verse to the track) as a commentator and singer Teyana Taylor playing a cheerleader. While West doesn’t appear vocally, he did co-produce the song alongside DJ Mustard and DJ Dahi. Click above to watch.
West is currently working on a follow up to his 2013 album ‘Yeezus’, according to his long-time collaborator Malik Yusef. Speaking about the sessions last month, Yusef claimed the rapper was well into the recording process and compared the album so far to a pair of Timberland boots.
“This album is different. It’s like a pair of Timberlands; like how Timberlands are not quite leather and not quite suede. It’s not the smooth, slick Chicago music sound we have right now and it’s not the ruggedness of just ‘hip-hop hip-hop hip-hop’,” he said regarding the as-yet-untitled record. “We’re still working like a motherfucker. We’ve been all around the world [recording].”
