Several sources confirm that Sanaa Lathan was indeed the culprit.
Haddish told GQ: “There was this actress there that’s just, like, doing the mostest… She bit Beyoncé in the face.” Haddish goes onto explain that Beyoncé later said of the biter: “That bitch is on drugs. She not even drunk… She not like that all the time.”
Rumours began circulating over who the biter could be, with fingers pointing at numerous potential suspects including Lena Dunham, Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Lawrence and Natalie Portman.
However, Page Six has now confirmed the biter as Sanaa Lathan.
The actress already denied the allegations earlier in the week, but Page Six reports that ‘multiple sources’ confirm the ‘Love & Basketball’ star as the culprit.
“Numerous sources tell us that ‘Love & Basketball’ star Lathan had been talking to Jay-Z at a D’Usse VIP party backstage after his gig in Los Angeles last December, but when Bey stepped in, Lathan playfully bit her on the chin,” writes Page Six.
A source who was at the party told them: “It was a big thing in the moment at the party, everyone was talking about how anyone would dare to do that.”
However, Tiffany Hadish has revealed that revealed that she’s now signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) over the matter, so legally, she can never confirm who the biter was, and it doesn’t seem like Beyonce herself has any plans to name names either.
Lathan hasn’t been on social media since the ‘confirmation’, so is yet to comment on Page Six’s revelation.
