‘PANTS’ RULES IN AMERICA!

'Take Off Your Pants And Jacket' has sold almost 350,000 copies to date...

BLINK-182 are set to oust STAIND from their place at the top of the US charts after selling almost 350,000 copies of new album ‘TAKE OFF YOUR PANTS AND JACKET’.

However, Staind, who have been atop the Billboard 200 for three weeks, remain at Number Two in the chart, shifting 221,179 copies.

Sugar Ray have the second highest new entry behind Blink-182, and should see their self-titled new album debut at Number Six.

Remaining in the Top Ten, Radiohead will see ‘Amnesiac’ dip from Number Two to Eight, the St. Lunatics ‘Free City’ will also drop – from Three to Five – while the soundtrack to Baz Luhrmann’s ‘Moulin’s Rouge’ will remain at Four and Destiny’s Child‘s ‘Survivor’ looks like climbing from Five back up to Three.

On down the chart, Silk go in at Number 20, well ahead of Travis who take ‘The Invisible Band’ in at Number 39, ELO’s ‘Zoom’ appears at Number 94, and the soundtrack to MTV’s Hip-Hopera, ‘Carmen’, featuring Destiny’s Child, Da Brat, and Mos Def, enters at Number 138.
