Britney Spears collaborates with Indian superstar

Singer records a special version of 'I Wanna Go'

Britney Spears has announced a collaboration with Indian superstar Sonu Nigam.

Spears told Desi Hits that Nigam – pictured below – is adding vocals to her track ‘I Wanna Go’.

She said: “I’m so excited about having Sonu on ‘I Wanna Go’. His vocals add such a different feel, which I love! Watch out Bollywood – it’s Britney and Sonu!”

Her 2003 album ‘In The Zone’ featured an Indian remix of the Madonna featuring track ‘Me Against The Music’.

Spears recently released the video for ‘I Wanna Go’ which featured the singer battling the paparazzi.

The Chris Marrs Piliero-directed clip shows the singer attacking photographers with her microphone lead. We also see the troubled pop singer flashing a policeman and swearing at journalists during a press conference.

A source said that the video was “very personality and action driven”. They added: “It seems like Britney is hung up on the press, which is ironic because for the most part they seem to be leaving her alone.”
