Welsh band warm up for Linkin Park at Donington bash
Playing before headliners Linkin Park in their highest slot at the festival yet, the Welsh metallers played a 10-song set accompanied by a spectacular pyrotechnic show and ending with a firework display.
The band, who are now set for a major US tour, opened their set with ‘Your Betrayal’, the first track from their 2010 third album ‘Fever’. They aired three further tracks from that album including set-closer ‘Alone’.
The band were playing after a heavy bout of rain had lashed down on the rock event’s site, but still drew one of the biggest crowds of the weekend. They played energetic runs-throughs of early single ‘4 Words (To Choke Upon)’ and ‘Scream Aim Fire’.
Bullet For My Valentine played:
‘Pleasure And Pain’
‘Waking The Demon’
‘The Last Fight’
‘Scream Aim Fire’
‘Hand of Blood’
‘4 Words (To Choke Upon)’
‘Tears Don’t Fall’
