The band join a rapidly expanding line-up for the June event…

Babyshambles have been confirmed for this year’s 02 WIRELESS MUSIC FESTIVAL.

The band will appear on the Main Stage of the event on June 30 alongside other new additions Caesars and The Rakes.

Over on the Xfm Stage on the same day will be Australia’s Cut Copy.

Joining the Xfm Stage on Friday (June 24) will be Performance and Boy Kill Boy.

On Saturday (June 25), the Main Stage bill will be swelled by MC Lady Sovereign and Telepopmusik with M.I.A. confirmed along with Husky Rescue for the Xfm Stage.

Engineers will also be playing the Xfm Stage on June 29.

JJ72, The Black Velvets, Apartment and The Blue Van will join the line-up for the newly announced Drowned In Sound Stage with Giles Peterson, Glimmer Twins and Dub Pistols playing sets on the stage on Saturday (June 25).

As previously reported on NME.COM, the acts join a list of headliners that includes New Order and The Bravery at the inaugural four-day event at London’s Hyde Park.

Playing the New Order-headlined day on June 24 are Moby, Stereo MC’s, Mylo, Dresden Dolls, Death In Vegas, Fischerspooner, Hard-Fi and Rilo Kiley.

Joining Basement Jaxx on June 25 are Roots Manuva, LCD Soundsystem, Brendan Benson, The Mitchell Brothers, Kasabian and The Others.

The festival then resumes on June 29 with Soulwax helped out by Supergrass, Kasabian, Secret Machines, [/a] and James Blunt.
