Cardi B reveals iconic artwork, title and release date for debut album

Get ready for 'Invasion Of Privacy'

Cardi B  has revealed the striking cover art and release date for her hotly-anticipated debut album, ‘Invasion Of Privacy’.

The ‘Bodak Yellow’ phenomenon had previously stated that the record would be dropping in April, but gave away no more specifics in telling fans to “stay tuned, motherfuckers”.

Now, Cardi B has unveiled the bold, pop-art influenced artwork for ‘Invasion Of Privacy’ on Twitter – adding that the album will arrive very soon on April 6.

Fans have since taken online to react to the bold nature of the sleeve:

In more good news for fans, last week Cardi also hinted that the music video for ‘Bartier Cardi’ is coming out later this month.

After returning to social media, she seemingly confirmed the video’s release when a fan asked if the clip will materialise in May.

“Nope, is coming out this month!”, she responded.

The track, which also features 21 Savage, was released at the end of 2017 and received the remix treatment from  T-Pain as part of his “T-Mix” series.

Last month, Cardi B achieved a new chart feat, with five top 10 hits in the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart within the same week.

Cardi is first female artist and third act overall to ever achieve this feat. Her record was previously four singles, with which she tied with Beyoncé.

She now sits behind Drake, who achieved eight singles in the top ten in 2016, and ties with Kendrick Lamar, who achieved it in 2017.
