Charli XCX recently revealed the new video for her ‘Sucker’ track ‘Famous’ – watch it here.

The video was directed by Eric Wareheim, one half of comedy duo Tim and Eric and also the director behind videos for artists including Major Lazer, MGMT, Beach House and Health.

Speaking to NME about her second album ‘Sucker’, XCX said she’d be using the LP to establish herself as a solo artist, after duetting with Iggy Azalea and writing for Icona Pop. “I can write a fucking hit song,” she said. “And I’m going to write some for me now. I feel like as an artist I’ve done so many collaborations now that I think I just want to take this record for myself.”

Charli XCX is set to tour the UK this April and May. Starting in Brighton on April 24, the tour will then visit London, Glasgow, Sheffield, Oxford, Manchester and Nottingham before ending in Birmingham on May 2.
