Christina Aguilera is back – announcing details of her new album ‘Liberation’ while revealing huge single and video, ‘Accelerate’. Check it out below.

Flanked by Ty Dolla $ign and 2 Chainz and co-produced by Kanye West (who’s also credited as a lyricist and composer), the slick beat and synth driven rush of power pop with an R&B edge comes with a striking music video directed by Zoey Grossman.

Executive produced by Aguilera, her sixth studio album ‘Liberation’ will be released on June 15 via RCA Records.

Recently, Aguilera opened up about her childhood of witnessing domestic violence and her thoughts on the evolution of sexual expression for young female artists.

The singer appeared in a stripped back photoshoot for the ‘Transformation’ issue of Paper Magazine, where she said: “I watched my mom have to be submissive, watch her Ps and Qs or she’s gonna get beat up,

“You can either be, unfortunately, so damaged by it that you take a turn for the worse, or you can feel empowered by it and make choices to never go down that route.”
