Fans react to Coldplay’s Glastonbury headline set

The band paid tribute to Viola Beach and collaborated with Barry Gibb and Michael Eavis on the Pyramid Stage

Fans have reacted online to Coldplay‘s Glastonbury headline set tonight (June 26).

During the set, the band paid tribute to Warrington band Viola Beach, who were tragically killed in a car accident in Sweden earlier this year.

The group, led by Chris Martin also invited Bee Gees’ Barry Gibb on stage to cover some of his classic tracks and finished the set with festival organiser Michael Eavis covering Frank Sinatra‘s ‘My Way’.
