Amy Winehouse performed an impromptu gig with her dad Mitch to celebrate Father’s Day on Sunday (June 20). Looking healthy, she shocked audience members by taking to the stage as Mitch performed a set of jazz standards at London‘s Pizza On The Park venue, duetting on four tracks, including Frank Sinatra‘s ‘Autumn Leaves’ (various).

E from Eels was questioned by police in London‘s Hyde Park after they mistook him for a suspected terrorist. The singer, real name Mark Oliver Everett was taking a break from a day of interviews when police approached him thinking he fitted the description of a suspicious person they were looking for. After being let go once they realised he was innocent, the frontman said: “Not every guy with short hair and a long beard is a terrorist. Some of us just want to rock.”

N-DubzDappy argued with his management about the amount of time off the band should be given – he wants more (The Sun).

Carl Barat celebrated the Summer Solstice at a themed fashion party in Shoreditch, east London (Daily Mirror).

Former Stereophonics drummer Stuart Cable‘s coffin was adorned with AC/DC‘s logo at his funeral in Aberdare yesterday (June 21). Cable died on June 7 (The Sun).
