Vampire Weekend frontman Ezra Koenig and The Black Keys have been fighting over who should get the 2011 Grammy award for Best Alternative Album.

Both acts are nominated, and they appeared on US TV show The Colbert Report to battle it out. Watch video footage of the show, available on YouTube, to witness Koenig threaten to “bash those ironic glasses” through Black Keys‘ drummer Patrick Carney‘s “skull”… he’s joking, of course!
