Paul McCartney has apparently converted Travis frontman Fran Healy into a vegetarian. The singer changed his eating habits after the pair recorded the track ‘As It Comes’ on Healy‘s debut solo album ‘Wreckorder’, which is due out on October 4 (The Sun).

Tom Jones has admitted that if he was a budding singer again, he would try and score a spot on The X Factor. “I would definitely have tried out for those talent shows,” he said. “I would have done The X Factor, you get huge exposure on those programmes” (The Sun).
Cheryl Cole is apparently in a “panic” about Pussycat Dolls lead singer Nicole Scherzinger taking her place on The X Factor. The singer reportedly texted Simon Cowell with a message saying, “Don’t forget about me” while she was ill with malaria (The Daily Star).
Eliza Doolittle says she is sick of being compared with Lily Allen. The singer, who is on the same record label as the ‘The Fear’ singer, added: “It annoys me quite a bit. I do think our music is very different and we are different people. I have a London accent when I sing, and I’m not going to sing in a Scottish accent am I?” (The Daily Record).
N-Dubz singer Tulisa Contostavlos said that she tried to commit suicide when she was younger. The frontwoman said she also self-harmed when she was looking after her mother as she was growing up (The Daily Mirror).
