Former Oasis drummer Tony McCarroll looks set to dish the dirt on his time in the band. McCarroll, who was in Oasis from 1991 until 1995, when he was sacked by Noel Gallagher, releases a book titled ‘Oasis: The Truth, the Noel Truth, is Nothing Like the Truth’ on October 4. In 1999 the drummer settled out of court with Oasis and got a £600,000 payout , effectively severing all royalty and contractual ties to the band (The Sun).
