Wayne Rooney has given the new Stereophonics album, ‘Keep Calm And Carry On’, the seal of approval after being given an advance copy by frontman Kelly Jones. The singer revealed that once the album was finished, he decided to give it straight to Manchester United striker Rooney – who likes Stereophonics so much he has the title of their 2001 album ‘Just Enough Education To Perform’ tattooed on his arm. According to Jones, Rooney‘s reaction to the new album was positive. “I popped by and gave him an album promo and within about 15 minutes of me driving away he was texting me his favourite songs – he was into it,” he explained (BBC Newsbeat).
