Oasis support act Twisted Wheel ended up getting in a fight to defend the Gallagher brothers after a gig in Milan on Monday (February 2). The band, who are touring Europe with Oasis, hit out at a group of locals who were slagging off their mentors by jumping straight in a having a punch-up (The Sun).

Ronnie Wood‘s 20-year-old girlfriend Ekaterina Ivanova says she is “more nervous than anything” about letting the Rolling Stone meet her mum. “He is older than her,” she said (Daily Star).
