Lily Allen has been outed as a secret member of Atomic Kitten. The singer made her hush-hush debut with the band after she was brought in to replace Natasha Hamilton on the lead track from 2001 football film ‘Mike Bassett: England Manager’, which is directed by Allen‘s dad Keith.
Allegedly, the Scouse pop band’s original vocals weren’t strong enough on the track, so Allen was brought in as a secret replacement (The Sun).

Jay-Z has chosen to endorse a new bottle of champagne, after dumping his previous favourite tipple Cristal because of a perceived racial slur made by the drink’s executive Frederic Rouzaud. The £250-a-bottle Armand De Brignac (aka Ace Of Spades) will appear in his next video (Independent).
Ronnie Wood‘s girlfriend Ekaterina Ivanova‘s family have given the Rolling Stone a pet name – Ronik (The Sun).
Sandi Thom‘s pet cat Toots – which was stolen six weeks ago – has reportedly been shot, after specialist pet detective agency Animal Search UK received an anonymous call explaining where the animal’s body had been dumped (Daily Record).
