According to MTV News, those wanting to attend are advised to arrive early as the venue holds 5,000 people. Fans are also asked to bring an unwrapped toy which will then be distributed by a charity organisation.

Abbott’s family are expected to attend, although it is not yet known who will speak at the service.

There will be a private funeral for family and friends also on Tuesday (December 21), and the Abbotts have requested that no details of the time or place of the burial be released.

As previously reported on NME.COM, Abbott was one of four people murdered by gunman Nathan Gale at the Alrosa Villa Club last Wednesday (December 8).

Nathan Bray, a concertgoer who was shot while trying to perform CPR on Abbott, was buried on Saturday (December 11), while club security guard Erin Halk was due to be buried yesterday (December 13).

Funeral arrangements for Damageplan bodyguard Jeff ‘Mayhem’ Thompson are yet unknown.
