BOWIE KEEPS IT REAL

The star plays a surprise set in New York State - and throws in a few old classics too...

David Bowie premiered tracks from his new album ‘REALITY’ at an intimate gig for members of his Internet fan club.

The star played a 90-minute set before 600 fans at a nightclub in Ploughkeepsie, New York State last night (August 19).

According to The Ploughkeepsie Journal, the star played six tracks from the new LP, including the first single from the album, ‘New Killer Star’, and his cover of Jonathan Richman’s ‘Pablo Picasso’.

The star also played a few of his old classics, including ‘Suffragette City’, ‘Rebel Rebel’ and ‘Modern Love’.
