DMX ordered to pay $240,000 in civil suit

Rapper is fined for impersonating an FBI agent

DMX has been ordered by a New York judge to pay $240,000 in damages in a civil lawsuit.

The judge ordered the rapper to pay the fine in a suit brought by Sergei Priporin, who claimed that the he impersonated an FBI agent five years ago.

DMX whose real name is Earl Simmons, allegedly used a siren to pull over Proprin‘s car in a parking lot at New York’s JFK Airport.

Priporin accused DMX of assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress during the incident, reports AllHipHop.com. He originally sought $4 million in damages from the rapper.
