Meek Mill calls out fan who brought a Drake sign to his show – watch

The rapper recently engaged in a well-publicised beef with Drake

Meek Mill reacted angrily to a fan bringing a Drake-inspired sign to one of his concerts.

The incident in question took place at Fool’s Gold’s Day Off festival in New York on Monday (September 7), with a fan reportedly poking fun at Mill’s recent beef with his fellow rapper.

The well-publicised dispute began when Mill accused Drake via Twitter of using a ghostwriter for his lyrics. It led to the pair exchanging diss tracks and barbed jibes.

Spotting the sign in the crowd at the New York show, Mill told the fan, “Put that Drake sign up again, n***a. Fuck you talkin’ ’bout you fuckin’ clown. Don’t ever come in here and fuckin’ play on no Meek Mill, tryna pick on me like I’m a fuckin’ dweeb or somethin’.”

Meek Mill recently looked like he had called time on the beef with Drake. “I’m not entertaining no rap/real beef over drake s/o a rapper!” wrote Meek in an Instagram post that was later deleted.

“I don’t feel like I gotta try to prove myself to people and end up in a real situation over this fake rap shit!” he continued. “All this killer shit on social media is like walking ya self into prison, and that ain’t my lifestyle.”

Meanwhile, Drake is currently celebrating the news that his ‘If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late’ mixtape has become the first record released in 2015 to go platinum in the US.

Celebrating the achievement, Drake posted a picture on Instagram alongside the comment: “Platinum off the tape. Views up next.” Views is a reference to ‘Views From The 6’, the title of his next project, tentatively scheduled for release this year.
