Drake poked fun at his rival Meek Mill during his OVO Fest appearance with Kanye West and Pharrell Williams joining him onstage during the headline set.
The Toronto based rapper’s own festival took place over the weekend in Toronto, drawing to a close on Monday night (August 3).
The rapper was pictured wearing a ‘Free Meek Mill’ T-shirt during his rehearsals, making reference to a public feud that ensued between the pair last month (July) when Mill accused Drake of not writing his own lyrics.
Drake also performed his recent diss tracks ‘Charged Up’ and ‘Back To Back’ to a backdrop of memes mocking his hip-hop counterpart during the set.
Later in the performance Drake was joined by West, who performed ‘All Day’ and a medley of hits. West also appeared with Travis Scott and Big Sean earlier in the day, calling for the crowd to make a moshpit during his performance with Scott.
Pharrell Williams, Future, and UK grime MC Skepta also made surprise appearances during Drake’s set. See footage from the event below.
