Band will release the third studio effort in February 2015

Dutch Uncles have announced details of new album ‘O Shudder’.

The Manchester band will release the album on February 23 via Memphis Industries. They will follow the release with the biggest headline dates of their career in Manchester and London respectively. Scroll down to see full details of the live dates and to stream new single ‘In N Out’.

‘O Shudder’ is Dutch Uncles third album to date and the follow up to their 2013 release ‘Out Of Touch, In The Wild’. Speaking to NME about the album, Robin Richards of the band says “We let the songs dictate the sound a bit more this time. But it’s been quite a natural progression for us. We could’ve gpne down a completely different route again with this record, but it seemed like we’d found something to build on with ‘Out Of Touch’.

The album also features Liverpool band Stealing Sheep appear on album track ‘Be Right Back’ while frontman Duncan Wallis describes the album as having “reflections on pregnancy, terrorism, school discos, divorce, health scares, sexual dysfunction and job-seeking”.

The ‘O Shudder’ tracklisting is as follows:

‘Babymaking’
‘Upsilon’
‘Drips’
‘Decided Knowledge’
‘I Should Have Read’
‘In n Out’
‘Given Thing’
‘Don’t Sit Back (Frankie Said)’
‘Accelerate’
‘Tidal Weight’
‘Be Right Back’

Dutch Uncles will play

Manchester The Ritz (March 27)
London KOKO (April 10)
