Rapper will play Urban Outfitters this month

El-P is set to play a special show at the Sixth Avenue branch of Urban Outfitters in New York this month.

The Brooklyn-based rapper/producer will perform the set to

benefit non-commercial radio station, WNHU 88.7.

The gig will be part of the Free Yr Radio series, an independent music campaign developed by Toyota and Urban Outfitters to support the independent music scene and strengthen the non-commercial radio stations.

Other performers to take part in the Free Yr Radio tour include

Tapes ‘N Tapes, The Rapture, Klaxons, and Dinosaur Jr.

Invitations to the show can be accessed and printed at www.freeyrradio.com. The number of fans admitted will be subject to the store’s capacity.

El-P will perform on July 14.
