Eminem scores Number One

He knocks Westlife off the top spot

A single featuring Eminem has knocked Westlife off the Number One spot in the UK singles chart tonight (November 19).

’Smack That’ by Akon and featuring the Detroit rapper has replaced the Irish boyband’s 14th chart topper ’The Rose’ at the top spot.

Justin Timberlake featuring T.I scored the highest new entry at Number Two with ’My Love’.

Other new entries on the chart includes Take That who entered at Number Four with their comeback single ’Patience’, Emma Bunton at Number 24 with ’Downtown’, Little Man Tate at Number 26 with ’Man I Hate Your Band’ and the Maccabees at Number 40 with ’First Love’.

Meanwhile, George Michael topped the album chart with ’Twenty Five’ his fourth greatest hits collection to date. It knocked Jamiroquai’s ’High Times’ from the top spot. Sugababes entered at Number Three with ’Overload : The Singles Collection’.
