Original portraits of EMINEM, PUBLIC ENEMY and [/a] are to go on display in LONDON as part of the world’s largest ever hip-hop exhibition.

‘Hip-Hop Immortals Volume One’ begins at the Proud Galleries in Camden, north Loindon, on January 17, for six weeks, reports ananova.

The 100 most influential artists in hip-hop history have been chosen for the display, including Lil’ Kim, Snoop Dogg, [a], Missy Elliott, Ice T and JAY-Z.

It aims to chart stars from the inner cities of American 1970’s through to the forefront of global popular music.

Artists who have submitted portraits include as British photographer Jennie Baptiste.
