LEGAL MATHERS!

Jacques Loussier claims the rapper's 'Kill You' has a very similar backing track to one of his own tunes...

EMINEM is facing a legal battle with French jazz pianist JACQUES LOUSSIER for copyright infringement.

BBC news reports that Loussier is seeking US$10m dollars from Eminem and his record company, claiming his song ‘Pulsion’ is very similar to the backing track to the rapper’s song ‘Kill You’ from ‘The Marshall Mathers LP’.

The suit was filed in New York (March 28), and Loussier is also seeking to stop sales of ‘The Marshall Mathers LP’ and a ban on the broadcast of ‘Kill You’.
