But Sian Fox says nothing could tempt her to sell it, not even £1 million...
The girl who was presented with EMINEM‘s cross and chain from the stage at MILTON KEYNES has revealed that the jewellery is worth £50, not the £275,000 the rapper claimed.
But Sian Fox has told NME.COM that nothing could tempt her to sell the trinket, not even £1 million.
“I wouldn’t care if it was worth 50p,” she told NME.COM. “He gave it to me and that’s what is important. I wouldn’t sell it for £100,000 or £1 million. I’m going to keep it.”
Over 65,000 fans saw Eminem give the chain to the “most beautiful girl here,” on Monday night (June 23). The 19-year-old was right next to the stage when Eminem hit out at reports that he had spent $500,000 on jewellery. “This cost me $450,000,” he said.
“He gave it to me and my legs when to jelly,” she said. “I fell back into my sister’s arms. A few other people tried to grab out for it but he made sure I got it. As soon as I had it in my hands, I gave it to security to keep safe. They took me backstage at the end of the gig. I put on a baggy top and a hat to try and disguise myself. I was shaking on the train on the way back home.”
Sian said she sneaked a look at the chain on the train, but immediately knew it was not the priceless piece that Eminem had claimed.
“I’m quite relieved it’s not worth that much,” she said. “I’m not very materialistic. This is all overwhelming but it would have been too much if it was really that expensive. I’m a fan ofEminem. I think he’s gorgeous and brilliant. My mum thinks this is the best thing since sliced bread.”
