The pop-punk band head to the UK in October 2015
Fall Out Boy will tour the UK for a run of arena dates later this year. Starting in Leeds at the First Direct Arena on October 3, Fall Out Boy will then visit Aberdeen, Birmingham, Cardiff, Manchester and Bournemouth. Green will open on all dates, along with Matt and Kim.
Fall Out Boy’s new album ‘American Beauty/American Psycho’ was released in January. It was the follow up to the 2013 LP ‘Save Rock And Roll’.
Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz donned a blonde wig to accept an award for Sia at Australia’s APRA Music Awards this week.
Winning Songwriter of The Year for the third year in a row, Adelaide-born Sia called in Wentz to record a video acceptance speech on her behalf at the ceremony on Monday night (March 23). It’s the first time the ‘Chandelier’ songwriter has won the award three years in succession.
Speaking to the camera, Wentz commented on Sia’s behalf: “I am the Michael Jordan of the APRAs. He won three. And then three more. Hopefully I’ll do that too,” before adding “I feel more powerful with this wig on.”
Fall Out Boy will play the following live dates:
Leeds First Direct Arena (October 3)
Aberdeen AECC GE Oil & Gas Arena (4)
Birmingham Barclaycard Arena (6)
Cardiff Motorpoint Arena (7)
Manchester Arena (9)
Bournemouth International Centre (10)
London The SSE Arena Wembley (11/12)
