FEEDER FEST!

The band play the Ross-On-Wye bash alongside politician Roy Hattersley and a Spanish water choreography dance troupe...

FEEDER are to warm up for their READING and LEEDS festival slots with a low-key gig in a tiny Welsh border town.

The rockers will be headlining the Ross-On-Wye Festival on August 23, before moving onto the Carling Weekend the following weekend (August 24-26).

They can expect to share a bizarre bill at the Ross festival, which is held in a 1,300-seater purpose-built auditorium on the banks of the river Wye.

Other acts booked to appear include a Spanish water choreography performance troupe, politician Roy Hattersley and violinist Vanessa Mae. Midge Ure, Eddi Reader and Lulu have also been confirmed for the festival, which runs from August 16 to 27.

The Bluetones have already confirmed to play the event, on August 25.
