Grant Nicholas and co play sunset show in Scotland

Feeder played a crowd-pleasing sunset show at T In The Park at 8.50pm (BST) this evening (July 11), showcasing a variety of hits and covering ‘Monkey Gone To Heaven’ by Pixies.

The short cover version came late in the set, with frontman Grant Nicholas playing a slowed-down snippet of the song on electric guitar while he and the audience sang along.

Feeder were playing in front of a busy crowd at the NME/Radio 1 Stage, with many audience members bearing impressive flags.

One festival-goer brought a sense of humour to the affair by waving a large white flag with ‘I hate flags’ written on it.

The band kept conversation to a minimum throughout their show, except when Nicholas started a chant that quickly petered out.

“Gimme an ‘F’!” he shouted half-way through the set. “Gimme an ‘E’! Gimme a… ‘W’!” he continued, before abandoning his impromptu chant.

The biggest cheers of the day were reserved for hit single ‘Buck Rogers’, which prompted a mass sing-a-long shortly before the band headed off backstage.

Feeder played:

‘Come Back Around’

‘We Are The People’

‘Miss You’

‘Feeling A Moment’

‘Just The Way I’m Feeling’

‘Tracing Lines’

‘Monkey Gone To Heaven’

‘Buck Rogers’
