The body of a man found near the GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL has been identified.
Gerald Kirima, 34, of Brixton, south London, was discovered at 5.15am on Sunday June 30, near the Bath And West Showground, just to the south of Shepton Mallet, two miles from the festival site.
Kirima was thought to be the victim of a hit-and-run and the initial police response was to link the fatality with a stolen vehicle found nearby.
