ROSES’ GLASTONBURY REVIVAL… ALMOST

Former frontman almost plays Roses classic...

IAN BROWN teased the GLASTONBURY crowd by performing a STONE ROSES song this afternoon!

The former Stone Roses singer has not performed songs from his old band live since their split in 1996. However, today, as part of his solo set he opened with the guitar refrain from their classic single ’Fools Gold’, which sent the audience into hysterics.

Unfortunately, the star had no intention of playing the song in full, and stopped the track before he sung a note. He joked: “Let’s stop this old shit!”

Ian’s set also coincides with the first rain of the weekend. However, the skies are still clear although the wind is starting to increase.
