One of the collective dislocates her elbow en route to Worthy
Farm, but at least her sling will match her robes...
One of the Polyphonic Spree has been injured en route to
GLASTONBURY, NME.COM can reveal.
The Texan collective have just arrived in the UK on a ferry from
Belgium. On the boat,
lead choir singer Jennifer Jobe fell and hurt herself,
dislocating her elbow.
A spokesperson for the band said: “Fortunately she’s going to be well
enough to perform. She’ll have her arm in a sling so won’t be able to throw her arms about quite like the rest of the choir.”
Polyphonic Spree are due on the Pyramid
Stage at 4.40pm this afternoon.
