Florence And The Machine set to score their first UK Number One single

Newton Faulkner is also set to take the top spot in the UK Album Chart

Florence And The Machine are set to grab their first ever UK Number One single on Sunday (July 15) with ‘Spectrum’.

The track, which has been remixed by dance titan Calvin Harris, is currently comfortably outselling last week’s Number One Maroon 5 and looks set to push their hit ‘Payphone’ down to Number Two, reports the Official Charts Company.

Will.i.am is set to hold firm at Number Three with ‘This Is Love’, with Chris Brown at Number Four and Stooshe at Five, Flo Rida at Six and Rudimental at Number Seven.

Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj and Coldplay/Rihanna are set to take the other spots. The Vaccines, meanwhile, are set to enter the chart at Number 30 with their new single ‘No Hope’.

In the album chart, Newton Faulkner is set to grab the top spot with his new effort ‘Write It On Your Skin’, just ahead of Lianne La Havas and The View, who are set to debut at Number Two and Three respectively.

Frank Ocean looks set to enter the Top 10 at Number Six with his debut album ‘Channel Orange’, while arena behemoths Rush are set to chart at Number 10 with their new album ‘Clockwork Angels’. Adam Lambert is set to be Number Seven with his new effort ‘Trespassing’, with Maroon 5, Chris Brown, Ed Sheeran and Emeli Sande taking the other spots.
