Florence Welch has been struck down with 'acute vocal strain'
Florence Welch and her band have been forced to cancel their appearance at the Spanish bash at the last minute after she came down with “acute vocal strain causing swelling of the vocal cords”. The festival is due to kick off tomorrow (July 12) and Florence was set to headline.
But in a statement organisers said:
Given the sudden and unexpected illness suffered by Miss Welch, FIB 2012 organisation has been unable to find a substitute in such a small time frame.
