The five-piece also performed 'Mountain at my Gates'
Foals covered Mark Ronson’s ‘Daffodils’ during a live session for SiriusXMU.
The Oxford band also performed ‘Mountain at my Gates’ a track from their fourth studio album What Went Down’, released last year, at the Canadian radio station.
‘Daffodils’ was the second single to be released from Ronson’s 2015 album ‘Uptown Special’. The song featured vocals from Kevin Parker, lead singer of Australian band Tame Impala.
Earlier this week, the band unveiled the video for their latest single ‘Birch Tree’. The Super-8 stylised visuals follow the indie group around California, with frontman Yannis Philippakis seen skating along the beach.
The band will embark on the ‘What Went Down’ arena tour next month which visits several UK cities including Manchester, Glasgow and London.
Foals have also received their first nomination for a BRIT award. The five-piece are in contention for ‘Best British Band’ along with Coldplay, Blur, One Direction and Years & Years.
