Frank Ocean’s ‘Endless’ vinyl shipped after months of delay

It includes an extended version of 'Mitsubishi Sony'

Frank Ocean‘s ‘Endless’ vinyl has finally shipped after months of waiting by fans.

Last November, the acclaimed R&B performer announced that his 2016 ‘visual album’ ‘Endless’ was for sale on vinyl, DVD and VHS as part of Cyber Monday.

The releases came with new holographic artwork and two double-sided posters of Frank, pictured during the record’s creation.

After the company handling the sale said back in February that it had no “estimated time-frame” for when the vinyl format would ship, the record has now finally reached fans.

According to fans on Reddit, the vinyl version of the album includes an extended version of the track ‘Mitsubishi Sony’, which includes an “unreal, massive outro”.

A verified Frank Ocean Facebook page recently promised that leaked new music was “coming soon”, but the star’s camp has since spoken out to deny that the account in question is an official one.

The R&B singer is thought to be working on his follow-up to ‘Blonde’ and appeared to hint at new music earlier this year.

Last month (March 19), the @FrankOceanPage account – which has been verified by Facebook – posted a message that linked to a leak site, along with the caption: “plenty of new frank ocean leaks coming soon.”

The message sparked speculation among Ocean’s fans that new music could soon be leaked online.

However, a representative for Ocean has since confirmed that the account is not his official Facebook page and that his official page, @FrankOcean, remains inactive. Ocean’s team is looking into how the unofficial account came to be verified.
